Customer Service Co-Ordinator - Full Time - Balcatta in BALCATTA, Western Australia

We are looking for a Full Time Customer Service Co-Ordinator in our office in Balcatta.
Applicants should have Full Working Rights in Australia.
Required Skills/Experience
A background in Customer Service Operations is essential with extensive experience with Customer Service data base operating platforms, and in particular 'Sales Force' data base experience would be an advantage. Proficiency with the Microsoft suite of operating systems including Outlook, Word and Excel is critical. A contracting background/familiarity would be helpful to the successful candidate.
You will have a manual drivers licence, you must be prompt, reliable, hardworking, an effective time manager and able to prioritise. You will be a willing contributor to continuous improvement of processes and Client interfaces within a dynamic busy small business environment.
You will be an effective and professional negotiator on the telephone; will be comfortable with an agile operating environment, where meteorological events such as wet weather and account Client demands require installation re-scheduling with Clients which can cause inconvenience. Fine attention to detail on a job by job basis is a must, in order to deliver a high service level to each Client.
Familiarity with online social media would be an advantage as this forms an important part of the businesses external marketing.
Job Summary
The Role has responsibility for the Effective Operational Co-ordination of the sales, sales admin, procurement, and product installation activities within the business, to ensure the Client is delivered reliable and professional Customer Service.
